One of the hassles of selling your home, is that your property is always "on". That is, you will get many calls from other Realtors® who are setting up tours for their prospecitve buyers. As you know (or will once we've met to discuss your needs), you are highly encouraged NOT to be there, when buyers are touring your home. So, you quickly wash up the dishes, give a quick dusting, turn on all the lights, pack up the kids....and leave. However, how soon can you come back home? Should you stay away for 15 minutes? An hour? Two hours? Wouldn't it be great if the buyers and their Realtor® viewing your home would just call or page you when they are done so you know it's OK to come home? Could they? Yes, of course, but rarely will this happen. Perhaps they are busy with their client, rushing on to the next appointment. Perhaps they are just lazy. Maybe their cell phone battery is dead. Who knows? All you know is that you are sitting at Tim Hortons, nursing a coffee, not sure when it's safe to return. To make it easy for the people viewing your property, and convenient for you, we can install the Showing Beacon™. It has patent pending technology, making it simple to notify you to return home directly after the showing is completed. We can eliminate uncertainty and excessive wait times with push button convenience. What is Showing Beacon™?  The Showing Beacon™ is a small, wireless device that communicates with a base unit plugged into any phone jack in your home. After a showing, the Showing Agent pushes the red button on top of the Beacon™. The device sends a signal to the base which then dials our system. Within two minutes, you will receive a phone call from our system telling you that it is time to return home. Where do I place the Beacon™? The Beacon™ can be placed anywhere in the home, but preferably near the door the Showing Agent will enter and exit. The base unit can be anywhere in the house plugged into a functioning phone jack. How many calls will the Beacon™ make? The Beacon will call up to two phone numbers (in case you and your spouse or children go in different directions), and also send up to two text messages.
