Once your listing is added to my website, my software becomes a powerful web publishing and marketing tool. I am able to publish electronic email brochures and printable brochures in .pdf format.
An ‘Email Listing’ link is provided for your listing which will appear on my website. This allows website visitors to email brochures of selected listings to themselves, a friend or family member.
The content of the emailed listing is in rich HTML format and comes complete with my contact information, a photo of the listing, quick listing details, and a link back to my website.

Whenever a listing is emailed from my site, I am instantly sent an email notification.
Once a visitor provides their email address or emails a listing (using the ‘Email Listing’ link), my site will ‘remember’ them and will create a visitor profile. All of the prospect's activity will be catalogued and profiled. Depending on the contact information that is provided, the visitor's profile will indicate whether or not the visitor is ready to be contacted. As you can see, a simple ‘Email Listing’ link on my website is a very powerful tool.
After I add your listing to my website, a separate management area is created. Within this management area I are able to edit the listing, view website activity, and market that listing.
The email listing feature allows me to send to:
- Prospects that were created by my website and that are already profiled
- Prospect Groups that I have created.
- Colleagues (groups or individuals)
- Any other individual
When I email a listing to a potential prospect, they will receive the same attractive short HTML email brochure featuring links back to my website for more detailed information.
