This generates a Welcome e-mail with a password sent directly to you to access your personal control page. 2. A showing agent shows your property to a prospective buyer. 3. Either you or I log into the new "Client Feedback" area and enters new showing information from the business card left at your home or the information provided when the showing was set up. 4. An entirely customized email with a property photograph and quick feedback survey is automatically sent to the showing agent, who responds. The information is then processed in the Homefeedback system for immediate use.
Note: In many cases, my sellers likes this system so much they enter the buyer's info into the system themselves.
